Thank you so much for your interest in making a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve. Below are three opportunities in which you can help support the Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc mission.

Gifts to the Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc Charitable Foundation will serve seniors for years to come, as only the interest is used to support those who have outlived their resources.
Gifts to Current Operations benefit immediately people living at Shorehaven Health & Rehabilitation Center and Shorehaven Tower by supporting the cost of the daily operation of these facilities.
A gift to the Capital Campaign will reduce the cost of the new Shorehaven Health & Rehabilitation Center building which carries a debt of $12,000,000.

There are a number of ways in which you can support Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc by one of the following gift options:

A Cash gift is an immediate means of making a difference.
A Remembrance gift is a great way to recognize a special person or occasion.
Stocks and Bonds - These are gifts recognized at their current market value and may reduce or eliminate the capital gains tax.
A Charitable Trust - A gift in the form of a charitable remainder trust, unitrust or annuity trust. Contact your attorney or financial planner for exact details on how to establish a Charitable trust, and the benefits to you.
A Bequest - A gift included as a provision in your will or codicil. It can be specific, restricted, residual or contingent in nature.
Life Estate Agreement - You transfer title of a residence or farm to Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc and retain the right to live there and use the real estate for your lifetime. You are entitled to any income and are responsible for the upkeep. A tax deduction is available in the year of the gift.
